Pharmacy Manager, Contracting and Purchasing with UCHealth. Negotiates system pharmaceutical contracts and focuses on maximizing access to lowest contracted prices for medications purchased.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Doctor of Pharmacy. Preferred: Additional Master’s degree in business field.
  
• Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Pharmacist, or state Pharmacist license within one year of hire.
  Minimum Experience: 2 years of direct pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting experience with a health system, GPO, or PBM. 1 year of leadership experience within pharmacy operations or pharmacy contracting organization. Experience in managing 340B contracting programs and compliance with HRSA regulatory standards.

The pay range for this position is: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
