Surgical Specialties unit is comprised of a total of 36 inpatient beds. This dynamic, highly engaged unit services patients requiring hospitalization before and/or after a wide variety of surgical procedures, as well as post trauma. We work alongside world class surgeons, in a level I trauma center to provide expert care to 7 different surgical lines of service including trauma surgical oncology, urology, bariatrics, endocrine, colorectal, and general surgery. On the Surgical Specialties unit, we believe that collaboration is key; allowing staff such as nurses, aides, physicians, and case management to work together as a successful and thriving team. We are offering a night incentive to Full-time nurses of $1,600 after completing full time commitment every 13 weeks.

The pay range for this position is: $33.08 - $51.27/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
