Summary:
Directs administrative, financial, and business decisions for the behavioral health service line within the Metro Denver market in collaboration with UCHealth, Department of Psychiatry, and University of Colorado School of Medicine leadership.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities:
Collaborates across key constituents to ensure clear communication and establish trust. Key constituents include, but are not limited to, leadership, staff, faculty, donors, advisory boards, community partners, and referring providers.
Develops and operationalizes plans for behavioral health programs with focus on regulatory compliance, staffing recruitment and retention, patient and staff safety, evidence based clinical models, and quality outcomes.
Develops comprehensive finance and operations plans for programmatic development of behavioral health service line in collaboration with UCHealth, Department of Psychiatry, and University of Colorado School of Medicine leadership and updates this plan periodically as the guiding strategic framework for the service line.
Routinely reviews financial data to ensure a balance of revenue and expense management, including billing, contracting, personnel management, staffing models, and new program performance.
Requirements:
