Program Director Strategy and Corporate Development at UCHealth

The opportunity: In collaboration with executive and regional leadership, the Program Director supports system-wide strategy and corporate development initiatives. The position is based in Aurora, Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus with the option to work in a remote setting one day per week.


Work Schedule:
 Full Time Days onsite; some remote time may be allowed, but a consistent onsite presence is required

Responsibilities:
Leads the development and execution of key system-wide strategic and corporate development initiatives in collaboration with members of the executive and regional leadership teams.

Works with executive and regional leadership teams to move strategic initiatives forward.

Plans and leads a portfolio of system-wide strategic projects.

Develops presentations and tools to facilitate communication of activities and recommendations to internal and external audiences.

Interface with external stakeholders on various projects as needed

Work collaboratively with the system Strategy and Planning team on other system and regional strategic initiatives, as needed

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Experience in health care strategy, strategy consulting, corporate development or large-scale project management.

Ability to prioritize effectively and exercise sound judgment when supporting strategic decisions

 

The pay range for this position is:$52.33 - $83.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
