Director Contracts Physician & Ancillary
Oversees third party payer contracting for physicians, freestanding ancillary services and behavioral health services. Has primary accountability for contract performance and is responsible for contracting new and joint venture freestanding entities in a timely manner.


  • Develops and implements team goals, plans and standards consistent with team objectives and the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance operational standards related to payer contracts. Works with the analytics team to ensure accurate modeling of contracts and that information is organized and centrally available to partner staff as needed.
  • Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Promotes a positive work environment and a high standard of customer service.
  • Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budget and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.


  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this position is:$57.56 - $92.10 / hour.Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
