Provides daily oversight of and leads ongoing development and improvement of a program area or service.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis (support of Supply Chain Value Analysis/Sourcing projects) and Data Mining (Procedural Analytics).

  • Provides clear financial analysis for appropriate decision making
  • Supports decision making through interpretation of data
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency and cost containment

Conversion Project Manager

  • Key contact/Liaison between Medline and UCHealth related to conversion activities
  • Coordinates conversions with Medline as the distributor; works with Medline and facilities to use/optimize stock
  • Lead and support product conversion projects
  • Manage and oversee share point site for product conversions; takes proactive actions to facilitate the conversion process
  • Facilitate burn down/ramp up of current product to new product
  • Validate utilization and submit new demand estimate document (DED) for Medline items unit of measure (UOM’s)
  • Run post implementation data to confirm utilization is appropriate per the conversion and close out project
  • Submit new product requests and SharePoint conversion projects for discontinued items and/or conversions as appropriate
  • Coordinate with Item file to ensure data integrity of conversion process and inactivation of Lawson number, if appropriate

Skills and Abilities:


  • Advanced Functionality: Microsoft Excel
  • Data mining using ERP system, Business Intelligence Tools
  • Working knowledge of supply inventory management


  • Comfortable leading interdisciplinary meetings and groups
  • Customer Service/Facing focus
  • Solution provider, critical thinking, strong problem skills
  • Provides effective communication, which includes verbal, listening, and writing


  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
    Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
    Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience.

The pay range for this position is: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
