Analytics Developer, Affiliate Services Support

This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth’s Epic Business Intelligence team to support UCHealth’s Affiliates in multiple locations. You may be based in Fort Collins, Colorado Springs or the Metro Denver area. Collects, analyzes, abstracts, and reports on data using information technologies to support clinical/operational processes and departmental/organizational initiatives.

· Ability to balance work across a diverse set of customers, projects, goals and priorities

· Ability to discuss requirements directly with customers and translate those requirements into specifications to deliver satisfactory business intelligence content

· Ability to form strong customer and team relationships while working a remote setting

Job Duties

· Designs data queries based on customer inquiries/needs. 

· Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data.

· Defines the scope and format of reports and prepares same.

· Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of data analysis processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used.

· Presents analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.

Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 3 years of relevant experience
    • Microsoft Data Platform required for this position (including but not limited to some or all of the following: SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI)

    The pay range for this position is: $34.62 - $51.93 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
