The UCHealth Marketing department is hiring a Sr, Salesforce Business Analyst to support growing demand for the use of Salesforce throughout the organization. The role will focus on the underlying data sets, configuration and maintenance with the Salesforce modules Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence (aka Datorama). At least 30% of time will be spent in Marketing Intelligence.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Daily roles and responsibilities:

  • Participate and lead in all data integration discussion, planning and execution. Needs to be capable of designing advanced data queries.
  • Design, build, and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform
  • Project manage the install of new Salesforce functions throughout the system. Coordinate with Enterprise Architect and Security teams.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced data integration and analysis processes within the Salesforce tool suite and external sources.

Skills and abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to multi-task, prioritize and structure workload.
  • Independent worker but also a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Presents analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Capable and willing to learn new systems and processes.


  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field. Preferred: Epic training/experience in analytics or Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.

    The range for this position is: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
