Provides leadership of system-wide facilities design and construction activities. Oversees facility-based capital design and construction projects.
Oversees safe and efficient execution of facility-based capital design and construction projects. Ensures effective utilization of resources, program implementation, evaluation and policy development. Provides system-wide leadership to achieve consistency across all facilities.
Supports and leads from a process improvement perspective, utilizing benchmarking data to continually achieve higher levels of excellence and cost effectiveness. Maintains staffing as volumes change and works to identify opportunities to modify systems and processes to further improve quality or reduce cost.
Directs and oversees program development, performance management, personnel activities, budget, and the provision of services. Works to ensure effective physician and staff relations.
Oversees department operations. Develops and empowers management teams to lead daily operations, resolve issues, manage employee performance, manage physician relations, ensure high quality patient care and service excellence, and ensure operational efficiencies.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
The pay range for this position is: $69.65 - $111.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
