Clinical Pharmacist in Pain Management – Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Services
Position Overview
This position reports directly to the Manager of Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Services and is responsible for implementing and driving medication-related pain management initiatives that optimize the patient care experience and drive organizational performance. The ambulatory pain management clinical pharmacist will establish a robust clinical pharmacy practice focusing on patient-centered care through medication management and population health strategies to optimize judicious use of opioid and non-opioid therapies, ensure safe prescribing, and promote opioid reduction strategies.
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours/pay period, Days

Requirements:
Preferred: Completion of PGY1 residency training with significant ambulatory care experience in pain management, or PGY2 in Pain Management and Palliative Care.
Preferred: Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment
The pay range for this position is: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
