DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

This position is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), salary/exempt position based in Longmont CO. This is a “hybrid” position…a combination of on-site and work-from-home. The Donor Relations Coordinator will handle scheduling, communications, special events, proposal development, and data entry, enabling the Development Manager to focus on external fundraising activity. The approximation of day-to-day duties is:

• Administrative assistance 30%
• Donor stewardship/ fundraising 20%
• Events coordination 20%
• Marketing and public relations 15%
• Program coordination 15%

Job Duties

• Collaborates with staff to research and develop donor cultivation opportunities.
• Supports donor development by coordinating processes and activities related to stewardship, cultivation, events, volunteers and fund administration.
• Produces communications materials to support donor development across multiple mediums.
• Performs administrative duties, including preparing reports and data entry. Develops relations with staff to foster a culture of philanthropy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Preferred

• Administrative experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience supporting a volunteer board of directors
• Experience in relationship management in a nonprofit or sales environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

The pay range for this position is: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
