2+ years of recent E.P. or cath lab registered nurse experience preferred. 2+ years of recent ICU, or critical care experience strongly preferred. Monday through Friday, 10 hour shifts, will be scheduled at MCR or PVH on day shifts. Call is required for this position. Weekend call requirements approximately every 6th weekend for device coverage at MCR, PVH, and GH.In-state RNs with 1 year of RN experience may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Out-of-state RNs with 1 year of RN experience may qualify for a $12,500 sign-on bonus.
Provides direct patient care at a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Monitors the patient to maintain a safe environment, optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
Work Schedule: Part Time Days
Location: Medical Center of the Rockies
Performs functions before procedure, including preparing the environment, orienting and assessing the patient, and reviewing patient’s medical record to ensure safety checklist are complete.
Responds to life threatening situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols for treatment. Handles critical and highly stressful situations, reacting decisively with efficiency and composure.
Provides nursing care in a technically complex environment.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

The pay range for this position is: $34.73 - $53.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
