PROJECT COORDINATOR, REVENUE CYCLE/DocLine

This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth’s Revenue Cycle/DocLine team based at our Peoria office location in Aurora, Colorado. This position is 100% on-site. Performs administrative tasks to executives as well as tasks related to the coordination and oversight of projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion.

Job Duties

· Administrative support to Revenue Cycle leaders, which will include but is not limited to:

o Calendar management, approving timecards, ordering supplies, processing invoices, manage budget, assisting with travel arrangements and reimbursements.

· Works closely with the Revenue Cycle Project Management Team to assist with project related tasks.

· Coordinates program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.

· Provides advice to project participants; serves as a liaison; acts as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports.

· Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress.

· Prepares records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials.

· Help create summary reports and project phases documentation for management.

Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 year project management experience

    Preferred

    · Bachelor’s degree

    · Revenue Cycle experience in a healthcare environment

    • 2 years of administrative assistant experience

    The pay range for this position is: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
