Epic Analytics Developer
This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position on UCHealth’s Epic Revenue Cycle IT team. This may be a 100% work-from-home position but you must reside in Colorado.
We are the growing leader in Healthcare Analytics across the Front Range. We are growing through mergers and acquisitions to position ourselves for future company and industry growth. Currently we are looking for an experienced Analytics Developer to join our team. If you are strong with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS development, we would like to speak with you about this exciting job opportunity. Strong experience in report writing is required for this position.
Job Duties
• Collect, analyze, abstract and report on data using information technologies to support clinical and operational processes and organizational initiatives.
• Designs data queries based on customer inquiries and needs.
• Extracts, validates and analyzes desired data.
• Defines the scope and format of reports and prepares the same.
• Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of data analysis processes, including determining metrics and methodologies to be used.
• Presents analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred
• Strong knowledge of the following preferred:
o Proficiency in SQL
o MS SQL Server
o SSRS, SSAS & SSIS package development
o Knowledge of ETL frameworks
• Experience in the following a plus:
o Epic CDW/Caboodle development
o Epic Data Model certifications
o Microsoft Power BI
The pay range for this position is: $34.62 - $51.93 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
