Formulary Management and Outcomes Clinical Pharmacist
Location: University of Colorado Hospital, Aurora, CO
Summary
The Formulary Management and Outcomes Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting local and system-wide efforts including Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee operations and medication use program analytics that improve drug therapy outcomes, organizational performance, and overall quality of care.
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours/pay period, Days
Responsibilities:
The Formulary Management and Outcomes Clinical Pharmacist will have a background in clinical pharmacy and formulary management. P&T support includes coordination, development, and/or peer review of evidence-based documents as part of the system formulary management and medication use process, as well as coordination of agenda and materials leading up to System and UCH P&T Committees. The ideal candidate will also have experience as an applications analyst in a healthcare setting and accountability to drive the building of reports and identification of metrics as it relates to overall pharmacy strategy. Strong candidates will have a passion for healthcare, an aptitude for technology, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
The pay range for this position is: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
