Project Manager IT, Business Intelligence

This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position on UCHealth’s Business Intelligence team. This may be a 100% work-from-opportunity but you must reside in Colorado. Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions or customers.


  • Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.
  • Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
  • Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success.
  • Manages project team members.


  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of relevant experience


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of MS Project.
  • Knowledge of project planning and business need justification process and methodology.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead teams through planned schedules and proactively address issues/risks.
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
  • Effective resource estimating skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.

The pay range for this position is: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
