Shift: Days 

Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Acts as the primary resource for UCHealth Design and Construction contract administration, including negotiation of terms and conditions as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Maintains contract files, database and index system of contracts and their status. Plans, organizes and develops reports that evaluate contracts to assist with decision-making activities for management.

Facilitates contract interpretation, using data from various sources, to maintain contract compliance, including identification of potential risk and options to correct and/or minimize risk.

Explains and re-negotiates contract terms and ensures satisfactory contract completion.

Research barriers to effective service delivery, creates reports that provide monitoring of re-engineered processes, translates information needs into actionable reporting tools.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
