We are currently hiring for Full Time, day and night positions to support the Virtual Health Center.

Location:  UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: UCHealth Virtual Health Center 

FTE: Full Time, 0.9 FTE - 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) 

Shifts: Day and night shift positions available. Day shift hours are from: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.  Night shift hours are from 7:00 pm. to 7:30 am. 

Pay: $19.67 - $25.57/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary:
Provides technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to clinical support requests from care team members. Determines nature and scope of technological issues and appropriately supports.
• Monitors clinical areas for equipment requiring intervention or service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Performs well in a rapidly changing environment and takes appropriate actions.

Requirements:

•  Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED, or in lieu of HS/GED, satisfactory completion of UCHealth-administered basic competency test is required.
  Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
  Minimum Experience: None required.
