Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Develops advanced analytics, deliverables and recommendations to support senior-level, strategic decision-making and serves in an advisory capacity on strategic planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Leads both qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate business insights and recommendations for leadership teams and strategic planning initiatives, including partnerships, acquisitions, service offering analysis, market and industry assessments and master facility planning.
Manages large, complex datasets and data sources to enable robust analysis concerning short- and long-term strategic decision-making. Develops project scope and approach, ensuring project deliverables are on time and facilitates working sessions when needed.
Serves in an advisory capacity to support decision-making around strategic initiatives and presents analysis and recommendations to regional and system leadership.
Supports development and management of junior team members, including professional and technical skill development.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
