Supervisor Research Administration – Cardiology/Structural Heart
The UCHealth Northern Colorado Research Program is seeking an individual with clinical trial conduct experience and a passion for clinical research with expertise in Cardiology, specifically medical devices and structural heart related research, to advance and support research endeavors at UCHealth facilities in northern Colorado to serve as a Research Administration Supervisor. Position may expand in the future to other specialties or focus areas.

Position will be responsible for leading and supervising clinical research coordinators, serving as a delegated member of the research team on a wide range of clinical trials and other clinical research studies. Individual will partner with the Managers of Research Administration and other regional leaders to effectively advance research operations and support staff development.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the conduct of clinical research, specifically clinical trials, as well as expertise in specialty areas cardiology, medical devices, and structural heart related research.
Successful candidates will have a passion for clinical research, be detail-oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be adept at learning new technologies, possess a strong collaborative attitude to effectively support investigators and a team of research coordinator, and have highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
