The Opportunity: Administrative Fellowship program (24 months) working alongside UCHealth executive leadership teams, beginning in June 2025. The first 12 months of this program will be broad exposure to a variety of departments, projects, and leaders. The second 12 months will be gaining more depth in a specified department.

Location: Northern Colorado region
Includes Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies, Greeley Hospital, and Yampa Valley Medical Center

Department: UCHealth Northern Colorado Administration

FTE: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: 75,000 annual

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum Required Education: Recently completed Master's degree in related field from an accredited program (healthcare management, public health, business administration); or Bachelor’s degree and in final capstone/internship of Master's accredited program.

· Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Related work experience.

· Required attachments with your application:
