FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days 

Pay: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

This is a full-time, salary/exempt position on UCHealth’s Professional Billing team. You may be based in Metro Denver, Colorado Springs or Fort Collins, Colorado. This may be a hybrid position: 20% on-site and 80% work-from-home. This role manages revenue cycle operations to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
• Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 3 years of related supervisory experience
  

Preferred: 

• 3+ years of Hospital Professional Billing experience highly desired
