Vice President, Facilities, Design, and Construction

The Vice President, Facilities, Design and Construction must lead the vision of “From Healthcare to Health” by forging strong relationships with the academic enterprise to create an overall entity unparalleled in the United States today.
The VP Facilities, Design and Construction is the executive leader of all Facilities Management, Real Estate, Facilities Design and Construction for UCHealth. They will demonstrate knowledge of national Patient Safety Standards and actively participate in system-wide initiatives to improve and ensure a safe healthcare environment, contributing to the development of best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position works closely with the executive management team to plan for and execute market-driven expansions, renovations, and capital construction projects on all UCHealth Campuses. The VP Facilities, Design and Construction also has significant interaction with the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board of Directors, presenting budget and schedule status of projects and assists the Chief Financial Officer with securing funding for new projects.

Education/Experience
Annual Salary Range: Min - $346,028 Mid - $432,515 Max - $519,022. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
