Pay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Provides onsite clinical and technical real time support either onsite at Virtual Health Center or locally. Leads team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Leads, mentors and coaches staffing performing clinical work.
Leads and supports patient technology technician staff supporting the delivery of safe and optimal patient care locally.
Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow and promoting situation decision-making/program solving.
Provides monitoring, coaching and assist with evaluation of team members’ performance.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
