Vice President, Information Technology
This is an outstanding opportunity with one of the top academic and community medical centers in the country. This position will be a part of a high-performing, quality-focused senior leadership team in a results-driven, evolving health care system. The new Vice President of Information Technology (IT) must lead the vision of “From Health Care to Health” by forging strong relationships with the UCHealth enterprise to create an overall entity unparalleled in the United States today.
The Vice President will direct and oversee the Technology Services group which entails information technology infrastructure architecture and operations for UCHealth, including the data centers (servers and storage), voice and data network, end-user services (desktop and mobile computing), information security, and IT enterprise risk management. The successful candidate is an experienced IT leader with excellent vision, creativity, leadership, organizational, and delivery skills with the ability to design and implement strategic plans and projects over multiple years while navigating 24x7 operational service management.

Annual Salary Range: Min - $227,510 Mid - $284,398 Max - $341,265. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Responsibilities:
Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization with a large scope, multiple teams, and multiple leaders.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Mentors other departmental leaders to achieve similar goals.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. Mentors other departmental leaders to achieve similar goals.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. Mentors other departmental leaders to achieve similar goals.
