The Supervisor of Clinic Operations will support immediate operations and performance for the orthopedic elective and trauma specialty teams in the Southern Region of Colorado, consisting of 5 outpatient clinics (4 in Colorado Springs, 1 in Woodland Park), 17 physicians and 31 advanced practice providers under the leadership of the Manager of Clinic Operations and with colleague support of another Supervisor of Clinic Operations.

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
Responsibilities:
Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: Relevant licensure/certification and relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
