Pay: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Manages the daily operations of UCHealth Sue Anschutz-Rogers Eye Center to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
In addition to overseeing clinical operations, the Clinic Manager is responsible for leading the strategic growth at multiple locations. This includes creating operational efficiencies, improving quality and safety and growing the referral partnerships at each location. Effective communication with physicians, leaders, patients, and staff is essential for this role.
This role will partner closely with the Senior Director, Medical Director, and Business Manager of Ophthalmic Services.
