This includes developing and tracking project plans with key leaders, ensuring timely delivery, and intervening when an initiative is off track. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and a proactive approach are essential, as the individual must liaise with leaders, stakeholders, lead project teams, and provide strategic support to executives.
