Summary:
Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. UCHealth is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics to lead our Clinical Revenue Cycle (CRC) analytics and Administrative Revenue Cycle Analytics teams. This position will play a critical role in optimizing financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Director will oversee CRC, as well as revenue cycle analytics related to patient access, collections, denials management, and other revenue cycle areas.
Responsibilities:
Lead the analytics team in maintaining, developing and automating reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for patient access, billing, collections, and denials.
