FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days 

Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary:

Coordinates the education process and programs to ensure accreditation compliance for respective education programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates, interprets, implements, and ensures compliance with policies of the accrediting agency. 
  • Organizes and maintains program accreditation applications and regulatory processes. 
  • Provides administrative support and coordinates orientations, meetings, special events, and training programs. Works with Program Directors to maintain and prepare materials, interviews, selections, and collects/organizes data for evaluations. 
  • Coordinates all aspects of the recruitment process and facilitates application/interview selection process. Maintains record on all trainees in accordance with established requirements. Oversees data collection and ensures the accuracy of program databases. 
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. 
  • National Board for Certification of Training Administrators of Graduation Medical Education (TAGME) Certification within two years of hire. 

  • 3 years of related experience.
