FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $43.25 - $69.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a remote or a hybrid option and will primarily reside in Pueblo with some required travel to Colorado Springs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience (bilingual skills are a plus)

Summary:

This position will entail working in community health, specifically building relationships, responsibility for the Community Health Needs Assessments, community benefit and more.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating CHNAs for southern Colorado UCHealth hospitals.
• Responsible for tracking, coordinating, and reporting community benefit.
• Responsible for building/maintaining relationships within communities we service around health outcomes and data.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
