FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth’s Revenue Cycle team based in Colorado. Candidates will be considered for one of the following levels: Project Manager (3 years of relevant experience) or Project Manager Sr (5 years of relevant experience).
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead and coordinate a variety of projects within our UCHealth Revenue Cycle department. This role is responsible for overseeing initiatives that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, including process improvement efforts and software implementations. This position will work cross-functionality with a variety of operational and IT departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, and the ability to drive meaningful change through collaboration and innovation.
