The UCHealth Ascend Career program provides important education benefits for employees, including the opportunity to be eligible for 100% of tuition, books and fees paid for by UCHealth for specific educational degrees. Other programs may also qualify for up to $5,250 pre-paid by UCHealth or in the form of tuition reimbursement each calendar year.
Starting on day one of employment at UCHealth, if you work an average of 20 hours or more per week, you can enroll in fully funded, tuition assistance programs, including:
- Nursing opportunities.
- Associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in respiratory therapy and radiography.
- High school diploma or GED.
- College preparatory programs.
- Clinical certificates that can help you prepare for in-demand roles, including phlebotomy technician, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, English as a second language and digital-literacy courses.
