UCHealth Summit Program
Denver, CO — The UCHealth Summit Program (Summit) is the direct output from our organizational belief that we must recruit brilliant and analytical talent to solve pressing health care challenges to achieve our mission of improving lives.
Summit is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates of undergraduate programs or recent graduates of graduate programs with limited work experience. We are seeking individuals with an interest in analytics, corporate strategy, and healthcare.
Individuals will obtain valuable business and data analytics acumen during the program through formal training, project work and mentorship. The program is also designed to prepare individuals for future roles across UCHealth or as strong candidates for graduate school (e.g., masters of science or masters of business administration).
Program structure
- Program type: Two-year rotational.
- Departmental rotations: Outcomes and Operational Intelligence, Strategy and Planning.
- Benefits: Paid time off, medical, dental and vision, retirement - including matching contributions, public service loan forgiveness qualification.
- Work location: Hybrid work schedule with fours days onsite and one day remote per week.
Program overview

Requirements
Summit is designed for candidates who possess:
- An educational background in business, economics, health care administration, mathematics or engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in health care and being part of a large non-profit organization.
